Did 2x1200, 2x800, 2x400, 4x200 on the WL track. Splits were 4:41, 4:40, 3:07, 3:06, 90, 89, 43, 44, 43, 43. 400m recoveries between the 1200s and 800s in 2:38 to 3:04; 200m recoveries between the 400s and 200s in around 90.
Legs were definitely tired from the 2x5 on Friday. I had originally planned this to be 2x1200m, 3x800, 400, 2x200, but modified it on the fly due to the tired legs.
Wore ankle braces - L/R balance at 48.4/51.6 - pretty good.
Breathing was OK - Breo and Qvar
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and berry GUs - sat well.
Wore tights and heavy longsleeve - perhaps a bit overdressed?
