Parked at Golf center and took Ohio Drive to tidal basin to Independence to Lincoln. Then took Rock Creek up to the Capital Crescent to MM 9 and back down to Ohio Drive. Finished with two clockwise laps of Hains Point.
Ran this progressive - first 5 miles averaged 9:37, next 5 miles averaged 8:29, and next 8 miles averaged 7:42. Rytary wore off for last mile+.
Breakfast was rice, cereal, ucan and Maurten gels and maurten bar - sat well. One Maurten at mile 9.
Started with heavy longsleeve, tights, and wind breaker, plus mittens and handwarmers - was a bit cold. Ended with windbreaker around waste and tossed handwarmers - warm at end.
L/R balance was 48.7/51.3. Wore little toe spacers.
