Notes

Temp 66, DP 65. Workout was 1600, one lap jog, 3200, 2 lap jog, 1600. Treated as a broken tempo, ran 6:27, 12:52 (6:27/6:25), and 6:12. Recovery was one lap after 1600, two laps after 3200 (but I only jogged 600 recovery, as I needed a minute to catch y breath after 3200). Tailed group of Heather Chapman, Jessicas C and R, Dan, and Evan.

Breathing still hard, but much improved over Tuesday, and no wheezing. Legs felt less dead too.
