OnFluffy - incline of 0.5. Temp was 75 with 80% humidity.
Warmed up, and then did 10 minutes at 8.5-8.7 mph, followed by four sets of 3:15 at 9.1-9.2 mph with 2:30 jog, and then four sets of 30 seconds at 9.6-9.9 mph with 1:30 jog.
Focused on core, good armswing, and relaxed feet - a lot of this run felt good and faster than I have been running.
Music was Zoltar- Subterranean 1018.
L/R balance at 50.4/49.6; wore big toe spacers.
Breakfast was rice, cereal, razz and chocolate clif gels, and honey stinger waffle. Some GI issues during run - I'll blame it on the waffle.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar
1 capsule Rytary and 1 mg rasagiline at 4:15 am.
