Temp 52, DP 47. Fantastic weather.
Workout was 10x800, though not many of us did all 10. I ended up doing all 10 -- my legs felt really dead and sluggish throughout, but my splits kept getting faster, so I went with it. Splits were 2:59, 2:57, 2:56, 2:53, 2:52, 2:53, 2:54, 2:53, 2:52, 2:49.
Ran the first few hanging off of the tail end of my group (none of whom were running 10) and then the last few solo.
Followed with injury prevention work at gym, including single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 30) and good mornings (2x10 at 105). SKipped squats because legs fried.
