Temp of 70, DP of 66. Ran from Mint down to Key Bridge and across to MV trail. Did 2 mile tempo from mile markers 17 to 15, then jogged down to Gravelly point, back across the 14th St Bridge, and up Rock Creek to Calvert Street. From there, jogged to the gym. Tempo was ~2 miles in 13:16 (6:39 pace). Easy part was at 8:11 pace. Took one gel about an hour in -- never got any water.
