Notes
Temp and dew point of 59. Felt a bit sluggish (partially because stomach felt lousy), but just stayed relaxed and tried not to push. For some reason, I finally perked up on the cool-down (stomach finally settled was part of it). Huh.
Workout was 1600, 4x800. (I skipped optional 400s). Splits were 5:56, 2:51, 2:51, 2:51, 2:47 (consistent, I guess). Could have pushed for 400s if I had really dug deep, but didn't see the point.
Noted that when I get tired, I start leaning back and overstriding if I start really pushing - that's why relaxing forward works so well.
Followed with injury prevention work, including squats at 95, 115, 135, and 145 and good mornings - 2x10 at 95
