Temp 29, DP 14. Did 1600 and then 2x800. Legs felt a bit stiff and dead, but I think that was partially the cold. The other limiter was that my tights were slipping - once I realized that and pulled them up, I was OK. Splits were 6:06, 2:56, 2:52
One puff Foradil in morning. Wore jacket, tights, and compression socks - normally this would be overdressing, but it was a short easy workout, so might as well stay warm.
