Temp and DP 73, with light rain at times. Ran out Custis to W&OD to Falls Church, getting on Route 7. Picked up W&OD again near RoadRunner, and took it back to the Custis and then to the Fairfax connector. Then took Glebe to Quincy before doing a loop near the gym. Drills and four strides after. Kept very easy due to workout tomorrow morning. Breathing awful for first 20 minutes, then the Advair kicked in.
