Temp/DP 70, rain that was heavy at times, wind of 15 MPH from North.

Did 8 careful Iwo Jima hill repeats, focusing on keeping even use of both legs at all times. Had to be very careful with downhill stride as it felt like hamstring was pulling when I slowed at the end.

Very even left/right balance. I think that next time I can run these a bit harder.

Breathing was good - Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 1 puff of rescue before workout.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and tri berry and toasted marshmallow GUs. Stomach was off with some cramping early in run.

Carried water but didn't need it since it was so much cooler.

Finished with two sets of Gambetta Circuit - 20 air squats, 5 lunges, 5 step-ups, and 8 squat-jumps
