Temp 79/DP 72; wind 3mph from SW.
Did 2x1200, 2x800, 2x400, 2x200 in 5:02, 4:58, 3:17, 3:16, 97, 95, 47, and 47. All recoveries were 400m in 2:3x-2;4x. Solo workout.
Started to warm-up in Nike Next%, but swapped to the Puma Deviate Elites, which I liked better.
Wore toespacers. L/R balance was 51.1/48.9
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar plus 2 puffs of rescue.
Wore arm-coolers - they helped some.
Breakfast was rice, cereal, razz clif gels, and some brownies (honesty)
1 capsule Rytary and 1 mg rasagiline at 4:10 am
