Temp and DP 48, wind of 5 mph from NNE; pollen of 2.9.
Announced workout was 2x1600, 2x800, 2x400. Did the 1600s at around 10 mile race effort and the 800s at "fast but fun" - split 6:12, 6:08, 2:56, 2:55. Recoveries were 4:35, 4:45, and 2:30. Effort was very controlled.
Worked with Chris Carney and Thomas; trailed Rachel, Barret, Carolyn, and Jason.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and berry GUs, and coconut stroopwafel. Cramping during the workout and a long bloody bathroom visit after. Time to go back on the Rowasa.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue before start.
