Temp 52, DP 31. Ended up doing the track workout at a reduced effort to test out posture and form. Hung just behind the pack of Amanda Delp, Patrick Rainey, and others. Left leg was a bit funky at times, but no hamstring pain.
Workout was 400, 800, 2x1200, 800, 400. Ran 1:40, 3:13, 4:53, 4:51, 3:06, 1:22 (let myself pick it up for the last)
