Temp and DP 75. Did 4x1 mile, 3 minute recovery on Cap Crescent, working with Greg R, John, Nicole, Matt S (first 2), and Lauren (3rd).
Paced this as if I was doing a 4 mile continuous tempo, and I think it was the right decision - had I gone out any harder, I would have struggled. Breathing was tough on the Cap Crescent. Splits were 6:53, 6:31, 6:43, 6:25
One puff Foradil in the morning. 3 puffs albuterol before workout and another 2 puffs after 3rd mile. Really hard time catching my breath after.
