Temp 73, DP 72.
Interval workout of 3x1600, 2x800. Felt sluggish, and ran first rep too hard. Finally woke up during third 1600, though I kept a lid on the rest of the workout anyway - the last thing I want to do is to dig myself into a hole by running these too hard.
Splits were 6:01, 6:02, 5:54, 2:48, 2:46.
Followed with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (3x8 at 115, 145, 165), single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 30), and KB swings (1x15 at 25).
