Easy at Ida Lee rec center. Did 2x sets of (150/100/50/100, then 50 kick, 50 catch-up, 150 3/2 breathing with buoy, 50 kick). Then finished with 3x50 free.

My lapmate was very nice - told me I have good technique - I just lack specific swimming fitness. Woo!
