Temp 31, DP 12. Brisk wind from south. Did 400/800/1200/1600/1200/800/400, working with/trailing Stephanie, Brent, and Jenn. Splits were 91, 3:03, 4:34, 6:06, 4:28, 2:56, 81. Breathing good - felt a bit sluggish at first, but great as workout went on. Gait felt good.
Breakfast was hemp powder (vanilla and plain), brown rice, maple bacon GU, and Chocolate stroopwafel.
