Fantastic weather - DP and temp of 62.
Felt sluggish at first, but worked out of it. Workout was 6x800m with half distance recovery (others were doing up to 10, but I stuck to 6 due to Sunday's race).
Splits were 3:03, 2:59, 2:59, 3:00, 2:57, 2:50. Managed to hang off of the back of group 1, which was nice.
Took Chocomint GU before (at 6:00 am), and it helped. Also two puffs of inhaler and a shot of pepto.
Followed up with squats - 1x10 at 95, 1x8 at 115, 1x4 at 130
