At WL. 2xST default set (plus interlude to test some zoomers), and then descending 250/200/150/100/50 on 2:00 base. 90 second break, and then 800 as 75 easy/25 hard. Followed with 4x50 on 1:00, and then 250 easy (including some 3/2 breathing). Splits were:

Set 1: 2:49.89,1:50.40, 53.57, 1:22.89, 53.85, 1:04.95, 1:23.19
