At Wakefield. Started with 250/200/150/100/50 with 50 kick after each. Then did 150/100/50, followed by drill set of kick, catch-up, one-armed, 100 3/2 breathing, kick. Did 100 free, and then another drill set. Finished with 200/150/100/50
