Temp and DP 51, wind of 3 MPH from south; pollen of 8.9.
Workout was 2K, 1200, 2x800, and optional 400s. I ran 7:49, 4:33, 3:01, 2:59, and then called it good. Recoveries of 4:53 after the 2K, 2:54 after the 1200, and 3:06 between 800s (track traffic).
I felt pretty tired for much of the workout, so I was pretty happy with the paces - definite trend upwards.. Legs felt dead for the 2K but woke up as I went along. Ran with or trailed a big pack including David K, David M, Lindsey, Rihana, Matteo, Damien, and Bailey. My UC is starting to flare a bit, which could have contributed to the tired feeling.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and then 2 puffs of rescue, since very slightly tight.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted watermelon GUs. GI system a bit uncomfortable - I think I've got some inflammation going on.
