Temp/DP 68. Pollen of 6.2. Wind of 3 mph from NE.
From home, took Custis to W&OD to East Falls Church loop and then took W&OD back to Custis to Rosslyn. Drills after, but couldn't find a good place to do strides.
L/R balance at 47.7/52.3
Felt very sluggish and couldn't keep HR down. Probably a combo of the humidity and not tolerating the Slynd well. Felt like my breathing was off.
