Temp 57, DP 55; wind of 7 from east; pollen of 4.9
Did 4x400m at 10K effort; 2x200m at 5k. splits were 88, 93, 93, 93, and then 43 and 45. Overshot the first of each set, and then over-corrected for the rest. Better to go a bit too slow than a bit too hard.
Wore the Floatrides to test them out again - I really don't like them. Just too soft, and I can't push off well.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50, Qvar, 2 puffs of rescue.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores GU, and some corn grits - sat well.
