Temp 38, DP 28. Workout was 1600, 2x1200, 2x800. Ran 6:12, 4:35, 4:30, 2:54, 2:49. Wanted to keep these under control, and did for the most part, but did roll too much on the last one. Probably would have been better to keep that one a few seconds slower. On the other hand, one too-fast 800 at the end of a workout is not going to wreck my cycle, especially since I didn't go to the well on it. Felt surprisingly good for this workout - I hope that doesn't mean I'm peaking early.

Worked with a large group, either trailing or running with Larry, Jake, Susannah, Lindsey, Brent, Dave, Jamie D., Sarah W., and Kate W.

Breatfast was rice, hemp powder, salted watermellon and toasted marshmallow GUs plus chocolate stroopwafel; stomach slightly off right after, but good for workout.

Breathing was advair 250/50 and Qvar - might have been slightly tight at start - I didn't get the best puff of Advair this morning.
