On Fluffy - incline at 0.5%. Temp was 78 with humidity of 80%

Did 7x5 minutes at tempo effort (seemed easier side of tempo effort for lungs). Ran mostly at 8.4 MPH for the intervals with 6.1 MPH for the jogs. But added in segments at 8.5 MPH for the last 4 reps.

This felt much better than last week. I think I could have upped the speed some - I may do that next week if I do this again.

Music was Zoltar - Subterranean Podcast 948.

L/R balance was 48/52.

Breathing was advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing was good.

Wore arm coolers.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
