Starting temp 66, DP 61; ending temp 78, DP 67. Wind from SW at 6 MPH; pollen of ? (Pollen.com is down).
Took Custis to W&OD down past Columbia Pike and then took 4 Mile run back up. Then Custis to MM 2, where I did drills and 4 hill sprints before taking the Custis back to Glebe and then looping home.
