Notes
Temp 77, DP 74, wind from south.
Plan was 2-3x1600 at tempo, 2-4x200 at mile. Did 2x1600, 2x200 in 6:38, 6:33, 42, and 42 (3:00 recovery).
Very hot.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and vanilla GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, qvar, and 1 puff of rescue.
Didn't wear ankle braces or arm coolers; should have worn arm coolers.
Really stretched quads and inner thighs before run - it helped.
L/R balance at 49.3/50.7
