Temp 35, DP 29, wind of 8 MPH from south.
Did 2x800, 1600, 2x800, 2x200 - mostly trailing Will Ellison. Splits were 3:33, 3:27, 6:44, 3:17, 3:13 and then 45 and 46. Recoveries of 2:35 to 3:10 after the 800s; 5:28 recovery after the 1600; full recovery for 200s.
Focused on staying relaxed, rolling through foot, pushing off of calf, and pulling heel up to butt. This seemed to help - things also got easier once it was lighter out.
L/R balance at 48.4/51.6
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar, plus a puff of rescue - I needed the rescue puff this morning.
Breakfast was rice, hard boiled egg, smores and salted watermelon GU, plus dark chocolate - sat well.
Wore tights and heavy longsleeve - maybe slightly warm, but not bad.
