Temp 62, DP 54. Really nice weather.
2 cruise intervals of 3200m each, with 2 laps jogging recovery. Did 12:36 for first (6:25/6:11) and 12:31 for second (6:20/6:11). Worked with Bill, Greg, new guy Elliot, and Nora for first set; then the guys pulled ahead for the second while Nora and I worked together.
Followed with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (1x8 at 115, then decided one quad was a bit stiff); good mornings (3x10 at 105), single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 35) and dumbbell snatches (2x5 at 25).
Only needed two puffs of inhaler at 5:50, due to low humidity. Breathing not an issue at all, which was really nice.
