Starting temp 33, DP 30, ending temp 32, DP 29. Wind from north at 14 MPH. Light steady snow that wasn't sticking, for the most part.
Parked at Peirce Mill and ran down to Zoo and back, then up to East-West Highway and back. Split this as the first 5 miles averaging 9:42, next 5 miles averaging 8:22, next 4.5 miles averaging 7:28.
Felt awkward, though I handled downhills better than I have.
L/R balance at 45.3/54.7.
Wore orange raincoat and tights, and felt correctly dressed. Used gardening mittens for gloves, and they were great.
Breathing was Advair 250/50. Breathing OK
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores GU and vanilla cliff shot, and dark chocolate. Sat well.
