On Fluffy with plywood incline.
Did 6x.5 mile with 2:30 recovery - fast parts between 9.5 and 9.7 MPH; recovery at 6.2. After took complete recovery and then did 4x30 seconds hard with 2 minutes jog. The hard ranged between 10.1-10.4
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and berry Gus. Sat well.
Breathing was Breo and Qvar - breathing was good.
Wore ankle braces - gait very right dominated for fast parts - 47.9/52.1
