Notes
Temp 67, DP 63. Fairly windy. Workout was 2x400 "prelude", 4x800 normal, 2x400 hard. Ran 90, 91, 2:56, 2:57, 2:56, 2:53, 81, 78. Worked with Rachel, Catherine, Brent, and Beth (for first 6 reps).
Workout felt very controlled and good. Breathing slightly tight for first rep, and then good. Breathing was Advair 250/50, and 2 puffs Qvar.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, chocolate stroopwafel and vanilla GU.
