Temp 60, DP 47. AQ Orange
The workout was 400, 800, 2x1200, 800, 400, 2x200 - I ran 96, 3:17, 4:59, 4:58, 3:15, 93, 47, and 46. 1:17 recovery after the first 400; 2:3x-3:0x recovery after the 800s and 1200s; full recovery for the 200s.
Started by trailing Regina and Andrea; then shifted to trail Matt, Eve, and JD to keep the recoveries a bit shorter.
Didn't feel great - asthma was acting up (I blame the AQ) and I was focusing so much on my shoulders that I let my feet get too stiff. But I got the workout done, and at least my bad workouts are getting faster.
Breathing was advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue - breathing still off.
Breakfast was rice, cereal, and vanilla and razz clif gels - sat well.
1 capsule rytary and 0.5 mg rasagiline at 4:15 am
L/R balance was 50.5/49.5 - wore toe spacers.
