Temp 74, DP 73. Wind of 5 MPH from north; pollen of 7.6.
Workout was 1600, 1200, 2x800, 2-3x400. Since I'm racing on Friday, I modified to a conservative 1600, 1200, 2x800, and then took full recovery before doing some 200s at mile race pace. Splits were 6:11, 4:31, 2:55, 2:51, and then 41, 41, 41, and 39. Recoveries were 4:57 after the 1600, 2:53 after the 1200, and 2:44 between the 800s. A bit long, but fine given the humidity - heart rates weren't dropping much, and this was still a solid aerobic workout.

Breathing was really good - Advair 250/50, Qvar, and one puff of rescue.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
