Dew point of 59. Not too bad.
Was surprised to do a workout 2 days post Broad Street, but we agreed to keep it on the easier side. Prescribed workout was 3200m, 2x800m, 2x400m, 2x200m. I started at a slower effort, then dropped a bit more for the second 800m and the 400ms. Splits were: 13:15 for 3200m (6:38/6:37), 3:08, 3:02, 84; 84. Coach and I agreed to skip the 200m repeats -- no reason to risk injury.
Took pepto, but no immodium, and no stomach issues! (Breakfast was rice+eggwhite+bananas and banana chips).
Left calf started cramping very slightly on cool-down, so shut down early.
