Notes
Temps started at 47, ended at 45. Ran from home to Rose Park, where I did strides and drills. Then up to the Wardman to meet the IAPP runners. Ran with them up and down Rock Creek, and then (after some more drills plus hill strides) back home.
Felt a bit sluggish - I think because pollen counts were pretty high (eyes were watering within about 3 minutes of going outside).
Quite windy.
