Temp 43, DP 22, wind from south at 8 mph.
The workout was 800s - I ran 3:36, 3:36, 3:30, 3:25, 3:21, 3:17, and 3:14. Recoveries were mostly 2:1x-2:3x, with one outlier at 3:03. (I accomplished this by starting each rep with the sub 3 minute 800 group.)
The short recoveries felt much better and my heart felt like it worked a bit this morning. So that was good.
L/R balance was 50.9/49.1 - wore big toe spacers.
Wore thin tights and longsleeve - sometimes warm, sometimes good. I tossed the gloves and then my hands got cold.
Breakfast was rice, cereal, half a maurten bar, and a torq gel - sat well.
