Arctrainer tempo at Golds - did 20 minutes, 15 minutes, 10 minutes at tempo effort, with 2:30 recovery. Forgot how tough a workout this could be.

HRM not working.

Followed up with easy injury prevention work after, plus 2x20 KB swings (15 pounds). Skipped squats and good mornings in case they stressed calf.
