Temp and DP of 64.

Workout was 2x1600, 800, plus 4x200 at end; ran 6:01, 2;57, 5:57, 2:48, and then the 200's in 37, 38, 39, 37.

Focused on staying relaxed and focused, and not redlining my breathing. Got dropped by the group on the first 2 reps, but that was fine; I was running the right pace for me. Pretty happy with this one, given the high humidity.

Two puffs of inhaler at 5:50 am. Also took a shot of Pepto to calm stomach.

FOllowed with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (3x8 at 115, 135, 155, 1x4 at 160), good mornings (2x10 at 110), and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 30).
