6x800 at 9.8 mph, with 6.4-6.5 jogging recovery. Aerobically, this felt not too bad -- legs were tired, though. Right posterior tib was slightly tense, so I didn't push this past 6 reps, so as not to risk injury.
Warm-up fartlek was .1 on, .2 off, at 6.6 for the off, and 9.0, 9.3, 9.5, 9.8, 10.0, 10.3, 10.5, 10.8, 2x11.0 for the on.
