Temp 73, DP 72. Mold very high. Ran from home to Custis via Fairfax connector; took that to East Falls Church before taking W&OD back to Bluemont to Wilson and Golds.
Ran too soon after Advair, so breathing tough at first. Took inhaler at the waterbreak, and that helped a lot. Advair kicked in near the end.
