Starting temp/DP 73; ending temp/DP 75; wind from SW at 6 mph. AQ just barely yellow.
Parked at Fletchers,and did a mile out/back on Cap Crescent. Then did drills and 2 strides before meeting group to go up the Cap Crescent towards Bethesda and back, then finished with about 15 minutes on the towpath.
Legs felt pretty good (still had a bit of trouble with uneven terrain)
L/R balance was 49.7/50.3 (wore toe spacers).
