4x.70 at 6:00 pace, with .30 recovery at 9:40 pace (so 4:11 on, 2:54 off). I didn't have a fifth rep in me, so full recovery, and then swapped to 4x.50 at 6:00 pace, with .25 recovery (so 3:00 on, 2:26 off). Dewpoint of 72 degrees was miserable.
