Temp 67, DP 65. Workout was 4 mile tempo on track - ran 26:26 (6:39 pace, split as 6:45/6:36/6:40/6:25).

Felt really good - got rolling a bit too much early on, so hit the brakes hard about halfway in to get back together with some others, and then paired with Katie for the rest of the workout. Still need to do some work to keep my form really relaxed during these, but I'm getting better. Focused on knee lift and relaxed torso during the last half mile.

Followed up with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (3x6 at 135, 155, 175 to parallel, plus 3x6 ass to grass, maxing at 100), single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 35), and KB swings (2x15 at 25).
