Did 8 Iwo Jima hill repeats, ending each repeat at one way sign on way up and no parking sign on way down.
Felt more stable, though downhill strides were surprisingly still a challenge at first.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and berry GUs, and some dark chocolate - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar plus 2 puffs of rescue.
Wore tights and longsleeve - got a bit hot during workout.
