Temp 77, DP 69. Bright sunshine, wind from north at 8 mph. Pollen of 10.3
Workout was 4-6x1000, 2x400. I did 5x1000, 400, 2x200 in 4:23, 4:15,4:08, 4:07, 4:07, 95, 46, and 46. 2:5x recoveries between the 1000s and 3 minutes after. 90 seconds recovery between the 400 and 200s. Worked with Carolyn for most part, chasing Dave Lett and others.
L/R balance was 52.9/47.1- very off. Wore toe spacer
Breakfast was cereal, rice, and Razz clif gel - sat well.
2 puffs of inhaler before.
