Temp 47, DP 46. Overcast skies, wind from N at 6 mph. Pollen of 3.4 (but I think that's off, since measured after rain.
From home, took the Custis to the W&OD to the Van Buren loop (done in reverse this time) and then back. Drills and 2 extended strides after.
L/R balance was 50.4/49.6 - wore big toe spacers.
Wore shorts and longsleeve and was comfortable.
