Notes
Hains point run -- out from Fletchers down the towpath to Rock creek, then down to East Potomac Park before crossing over to the Mount Vernon Trail and back up through Rosslyn and on the towpath. Ran with group on way out; Karina and Heather on way back
Run was probably slower than this -- used Garmin to measure distance for most part, rather than mapped distances. Humidity was hard - temp 77, DP 74.
