Started at temp 24, DP 20, ended at temp 27, DP 22. Went to under Whitehurst to run laps because of snow. But after 1.5 laps I noted a snow plow coming out of the Cap Crescent, so checked it out - turned out the trail was pretty much clear up to the bridge over the towpath. So ran up to the bridge and back, then down to Thompson's and back, before once more to mile marker 9 and back to car.
Felt stiff at first (makes sense, since so cold) but limber by end. RIght calf and hammy a bit tight; left foot felt "clunky"
