Temp 68, DP 67. Pollen 7.7
Did 400/800/1200/1200/800/400 - slow on the way up, then fast on the way down. Ran 94, 3:03, 4:33, 4:25, 2:52, 80.
Pleasantly surprised with how fast I ran the second part without straining, especially since I had the 21 miler on Sunday, and it was really humid, and my stomach was off from yesterday's barbecue. (Pepto helped a lot). I did need the first slow 400 to clear some of the lead from my legs.
Worked with Kate W, Jamie D, David M, and Seamus - good group.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores and triberry GUs - stomach was off, but it was from the day before.
Breathing was excellent - Advair 250/50 and Qvar.
